Leslie Kay Carter

Leslie Kay Carter has extensive experience in design engineering, currently serving as a Design Engineer at Royston LLC since July 2019. Previously, Leslie held positions such as Senior Drafter at Kearfott Corporation and Lead Product Designer at Eaton, where a new medium voltage drive system design earned an e-star award. At Altec, Leslie designed custom truck bodies using SolidWorks, achieving a rapid design release timeline with minimal errors. Prior experience includes mechanical design at Buhler Aeroglide, specializing in drying equipment components, and significant contributions to cost savings and lead time reductions as a CAD Designer at Accu-Fab, Inc. Leslie holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Technology, Design/Drafting from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville.
