Dmitry Sorokin

Dmitry Sorokin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Combat Paramedic for the Armed Forces of Ukraine since March 2022, Dmitry also holds the position of Head of Learning and Development at Rozetka.ua and LLC Chemlaborreaktiv. Dmitry's previous roles include leadership positions at OTP Bank, MOYO, Unitrade Group, ТАСКОМБАНК, and JSC VTB Bank (Ukraine), where responsibilities encompassed developing training programs, creating learning management systems, and implementing performance appraisal systems. Dmitry holds a Master's degree in Practical Psychology from Kherson State University, obtained in 2003.
