Blaz Ruzic

Blaz Ruzic has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Blaz started their career at US Xpress as a Freight Coordinator, where they handled business to business sales and managed high-demand freight shipments. Blaz also participated in hurricane relief efforts to provide aid to affected coastal regions.

Afterward, Ruzic worked at Anheuser-Busch as a Contemporary Marketing Technician, where they administered corporate branding and regional sales initiatives. Blaz was responsible for promoting and placing products, ensuring client satisfaction, and creating tailored marketing programs for urban accounts. Blaz also collaborated on large-scale marketing campaigns and company sponsorships for city-wide events.

Ruzic then joined Structured Green as a Project Manager, where they focused on designing and building sustainable pieces for various venues such as boutiques, restaurants, public libraries, and university sports facilities. Blaz'sprimary goal was to create intuitively appealing pieces that endure everyday use and reduce landfill waste.

Blaz later became a Sales Account Manager at SES 21 USA, a wholesaler and distributor of high-end solar panel and solar system components. Blaz helped the company better serve emerging US markets by strategically locating and centralizing their operations in Dallas, TX.

Next, Ruzic worked at Schletter, Inc as a Technical Sales representative. Blaz implemented solar energy mounting structures for commercial and utility-scale photovoltaic projects in the Northeast region of the United States. Schletter is a leading provider of solar mounting systems in Europe and has designed and produced mounting systems for over 9 GW of installed module capacity.

Ruzic then joined EcoFasten Solar® as the US East Sales Manager. Blaz'srole involved business development for residential and commercial roof photovoltaic racking solutions. Blaz focused on the Eastern half of the US, working with small and large-scale installation companies.

Currently, Ruzic is the Sales Director at RPCS, a trusted partner to Array Technologies. RPCS offers turnkey project design and mechanical installation services for Array Technologies' single-axis tracker projects. With over 350 megawatts and 200 projects completed in the past three years, RPCS is known for flawless execution in distributed utility projects.

Throughout their career, Ruzic has demonstrated expertise in sales, project management, business development, and marketing.

Blaz Ruzic completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Marketing from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, graduating in 2003. Later, in 2005, they pursued an MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship at the same university.
