Dean Kelly

Dean Kelly is the current Europe/Americas Regional Director at RP International. Prior to this, Dean served as Head of Sales for UK & Europe at RP International from October 2018 to February 2021. Before joining RP International, Dean was the Director at Andrews Kelly Associates from September 2017 to September 2018. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Zero Entropy Networks from August 2016 to July 2017.

From May 2012 to August 2016, Dean worked as the Associate Director at First Point Group. From September 2011 to January 2012, Dean served as the Head of Key Accounts at Networkers International in EMEA. Dean was also the Head of Recruitment Services at Networkers International from January 2010 to September 2011. From June 2008 to January 2010, Dean was the Regional Manager in ASIA for Networkers International.

Dean began their career at Networkers International as a Sales Consultant and Team Leader from January 2005 to June 2008. Dean then became a Resourcer from January 2004 to January 2005.

Dean Kelly reports to Stuart Wilson, CEO & Co-Founder. They are on a team with Hannah Buckley - Head of Talent & Performance, Heidi Aggrey-Fynn - Group Head of IT, and Jeremy Hopwood - Asia Regional Director.
