Marco Gardino has a diverse work experience, starting as a Trainee Lawyer and later becoming an Associate at R&P Legal - Studio Associato from September 2011 to July 2017. Marco then joined RPLT RP legalitax as a Senior Associate from January 2018 to July 2020, eventually becoming a Partner in July 2020. In August 2020, they took on the role of Vice President SCILL Commission at AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers, and in August 2023, they were promoted to Vice President M&A Commission within the same organization.
Marco Gardino earned a Laurea cum Laude in Giurisprudenza (Law) from Università degli Studi di Torino, specializing in Diritto Tributario (Tax Law) from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they also pursued Transnational law studies at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies. Additionally, they completed a Summer School program in International Business Transactions at the University of San Diego School of Law in 2010. In 2009-2010, they studied various subjects including EU Law, Governments and Constitutions, Islamic Law, Int. Organizations, and Legal Philosophy at Maastricht University. Marco obtained additional certifications, such as being listed as an expert in legal orientation for micro, small, and medium-sized companies and start-ups by the Chamber of Commerce Milano - Monza Brianza - Lodi in 2020. Marco also received certification in CELPE Bras from the Ministry of Education in 2016, and TOEFL and IELTS certifications in 2014 and 2011, respectively.
