Marco Giacomello serves as the CEO of Giacomello Venture since March 2022, leading efforts to transform traditional legal services into innovative, automated processes for businesses and law firms. In addition, Marco holds the position of Of Counsel at RP Legal & Tax, coordinating the Legal Design project within the innovation team and the TMT department. An Adjunct Professor at Bologna Business School and a founding partner of the Italian Digital Biomanufacturing Network, Marco also co-founded MakeMark Company S.r.l., focusing on the intersection of design and legal consultancy. Formerly, Marco was a partner at Studio Legale MPSLAW, specializing in intellectual property law and digital publishing, and co-founded #LibrInnovando, a key event for the future of digital publishing in Italy. Marco's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Law & Technology from Università di Bologna and multiple degrees from Università di Trento.
