Heidy Wieder has over 20 years of work experience in the Information Technology industry. Heidy began their career in 1997 as Regional Information Technology Manager at Hanson Building Products North America. In 2006, they held the role of Mentored Learning Director at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers and Director IT at Colbourn Instraments Cobalt Computers. From 2007 to 2012, they were Geek Squad DCI at Best Buy and Service Desk Manager - State and Local Government at Conduent from 2012 to 2017. Since 2018, they have been working as Global Service Desk Lead at Dunn&Bradstreet.
Heidy Wieder attended the University of Utah from 1985 to 1985, where they studied Computer Science. In 1991, they attended Cedar Crest College for one year, also studying Computer Science. In 2013, they obtained an ITIL Foundations certification from SME, Inc.
