Konstiantyn Leontiiev is the Technical Director of PC "RPC Radiy". In 2004, he was a Senior HW Design Developer, Integration Team Leader, Design Bureau of I&C Systems, PC "RPC Radiy". He graduated from Kirovograd National Technical University and was qualified in Control and Automation Systems in 2002.
