Matthew Burns is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and healthcare management. Currently serving as the Head of Healthcare - Corporate Finance at RPG CROUCH CHAPMAN LLP since December 2019, Matthew previously held the position of Corporate Finance Manager at MHA MacIntyre Hudson, where responsibilities included advising on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings. With a solid foundation in corporate recovery from roles at companies like Moorfields Corporate Recovery LLP and Grant Thornton LLP, Matthew has managed numerous insolvency cases and conducted thorough due diligence for a variety of clients. Earlier in their career, Matthew was a Managing Partner at Sports Xtra Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire LLP, facilitating health promotion and sports development for thousands of children. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of York.
