With a background in psychology and management, Riya has been instrumental in driving HR strategy, organizational development, talent management, and leadership development in the organizations Riya has worked for. Riya holds a Diploma in Counseling Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a Masters in Management in Human Resources Development from the University of Mumbai, and a Bachelor's degree in Arts with a focus on Psychology from Mumbai University.
