Graham joined RPIA as the Director of Risk and Analytics in 2016. In this role, he designed and built the firm’s proprietary risk monitoring system, with oversight of the firm’s Portfolio Management and IT Systems. Currently, Graham leads Financial Engineering as part of the Investment Team and is responsible for the development of risk and trade intelligence systems at the firm.
Previously, Graham’s career included software development at Microsoft and others. Transitioning to the financial industry in 2005, Graham developed a trade management system and fixed-income analytics for ING Investment Management as a Quantitative Analyst. Subsequently, he was an Associate Director of Fixed Income Research at Scotia Global Bank and Markets focused on government bonds and interest rate derivatives. While at Scotia, Graham designed and developed systems and tools to facilitate research and often assisted the Debt Capital Markets group with the development of pricing tools for complex debt offerings.
Graham holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Electrical Engineering) from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business (Finance and Entrepreneurship), and is a CFA charter holder.
