Leah Despain

Leah Despain, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Sales at R+L Global Logistics, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Leah held various senior sales leadership positions at Yellow and Central Freight Lines, Inc., where responsibilities included Senior Vice President of Sales and oversight of sales and customer experience initiatives. Leah's extensive experience in the logistics and freight sales industry also includes roles at UPS, where recognition as a World of Champions Gold Winner was achieved, and positions at FedEx and Southeastern Freight Lines. Alongside professional endeavors, Leah contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing and Supply Chain Management at Arkansas State University. Leah holds an MBA and a B.S. in Marketing and Management, both from Arkansas State University.
