Brian Perez

Brian Perez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Brian is currently the Director of Strategic Sourcing at RPM International Inc., a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to their current role, Brian worked at Parker Hannifin for nearly a decade. Brian started as a Design Engineer at Parker Aerospace in 2003 and later held positions such as Product Engineer at GE and Supply Chain Project Manager at Eaton Electrical. At Parker Hannifin, Brian served as the Division Sourcing & Procurement Manager, overseeing $175M of annual spend across multiple locations. Brian also worked as a Sourcing and Commodity Manager, Division Production Control Specialist, and Sourcing Manager during their time there. Before joining Parker Hannifin, Brian was involved in automotive material management at Danaher.

Brian Perez earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University in the years of 2000 to 2005. Brian then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at John Carroll University from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, Brian obtained an Executive Supply Chain Certification from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business in the year 2019. Brian also holds various certifications, including Certified Associate Program Manager (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Eaton Corporation, and EIT certification by passing the Fundamentals of Engineering exam administered by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES).
