Janeen B. Kastner was elected vice president of corporate benefits and risk management in October 2007. In this position, she is responsible for supervising, planning and managing RPM's benefits and risk management policies and operations. In addition, Ms. Kastner manages executive compensation matters for the Company. She had been the company's director of human resources and administration since 2000. Ms. Kastner joined RPM in 1997 as manager of benefits and insurance. Prior to joining the company, she was a pension plan consultant with Watson Wyatt & Co.
Ms. Kastner holds a bachelor's degree in math and economics from Denison University, as well as a master's degree in management, with a concentration in finance, from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
