Paul Darwin

Paul Darwin has had a progressive career in procurement, spanning multiple roles and industries. Paul began their career at Hansen & Rosenthal GMBH as a Procurement Manager from February 2004 to March 2006. Paul then moved to BAE Systems as a Purchasing Engineer from March 2006 to December 2006. In 2007, they joined tremco illbruck group as a Purchasing Manager UK, where they worked until June 2012. During their time there, they were promoted to Group Purchasing Manager EMEA & APAC. Since June 2012, Paul has been with RPM International Inc., initially serving as the Group Purchasing Manager EMEA & APAC and then progressing to become the Director of Global Procurement. In January 2022, they were promoted once again to Senior Director - Procurement, a position they currently hold.

Paul Darwin attended The Royal Latin School in Buckingham from 1991 to 1997. Following this, from 1997 to 2001, they pursued a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting & Finance at The Manchester Metropolitan University. During this program, they studied various subjects such as Accounting, Finance, Corporate Finance, Corporate Law, Marketing, and Management Information Systems.
