Richard Williams

Richard Williams is a highly experienced professional in the fields of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. Currently serving as a Business Intelligence Developer at RPM International Inc., Richard is responsible for the architecture, development, deployment, and integration of Business Intelligence and Microsoft Fabric tools into the RPM Data Lake. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions including Senior Data Analyst at Stryker, where Richard led the strategy and deployment of Commercial Analytics for the Medical business, and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Populus Group, overseeing corporate compliance and improving KPIs through data analytics. Richard co-founded Mayfield Athletics, aiming to enhance safety in football, and has also demonstrated expertise in marketing and recruiting throughout previous roles. Richard holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Cedarville University and an additional Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing from Dublin Business School.
