Chaneen Coates

Chaneen Coates, CPM, currently holds the position of Regional Vice President at RPM Living, where employment commenced in June 2020, after serving in various managerial roles including Senior Regional Manager and Regional Manager. Prior to RPM Living, Chaneen Coates worked at Alliance Residential Company from April 2016 to June 2020 as a Regional Manager focused on new development, and previously as a District Manager overseeing operations of multiple communities. Experience also includes roles at Gaia Real Estate, BH Management Services, and Milestone Management, showcasing a strong background in property management, community operations, and financial performance. Chaneen Coates obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University.
