Shanette Silva

Shanette Silva currently serves as the Director of System Support at RPM Living, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Shanette worked at Greystar as the Director of Technology Services from July 2020 to February 2023. Shanette's extensive experience in property management and technology began at Alliance Residential Company, where roles included Director of Property Management Software, System Support Manager, System Support Specialist, and Assistant Business Manager from January 2011 to July 2020. Additionally, Shanette was the Business Manager at Equity Residential from January 2006 to October 2009 and served as Assistant Business Manager at Frontier Investment Management from 2004 to 2006. Educationally, Shanette earned an Associate's degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, completing studies between 2010 and 2020.
