Brittany Rixon

Brittany is a dynamic Human Resources practitioner with over 10 years’ experience working in technology and software development companies. She has extensive knowledge of the critical drivers that shape RPMGlobal’s business strategy, having spent more than five years in the company’s Human Resources function. In 2020, Brittany was appointed Executive General Manager for Human Resources. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s global HR strategy, including workforce development, talent management, leadership/management development, organisational effectiveness, and employee engagement.
