Angela Rayfield

Angela is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of achieving RPS Holdings long-term business plan. Angela has a BS in Business Administration from California Baptist University, MLS in Human Resourses and JD from Trinity Law Schol and is an active member of the California State Bar.
