Kevin Tray M.S., SPHR is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources - Americas at Incubeta, Kevin holds the additional responsibility of Interim Global CPO from January to April 2025. Previous positions include Human Resources Director at McCormick & Company, where Kevin acted as a strategic partner to multiple global functions, and Director of Human Resources at Maryland Masonic Homes, overseeing all HR operations. Kevin began a career in human resources management at EMA and has foundational experience in credit analysis from MBNA. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Towson University.
