Dave Nowak began their work experience as a Manager Accountant at Rowley Bushue and Company, LLP in January 1998, where they remained until November 2007. Dave then joined RPS Imaging in July 2008 as their Chief Revenue Officer, where their tenure is ongoing.

Dave Nowak attended Indiana University Bloomington from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. Later, from 1995 to 1997, they pursued a Post Bac degree in Accounting at Indiana University Northwest.
