John Voigt

John Voigt is an experienced mechanical designer currently serving as Mechanical Designer 5 at RPT Alliance LLC since September 2025. Previously, at Solar Turbines from September 2018 to September 2025, John held positions as Enterprise Business Specialist, managing a global team of subject matter experts, and as Senior Piping Designer, focusing on master data processes and continual improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes working as a Power and Process Applications Engineer at ECAD from June 2012 to September 2018, where John led the implementation of Autodesk manufacturing solutions, and as Crew Chief at Severn Trent Services from June 2007 to June 2012, overseeing the Utility Technician department. John began a career in the United States Marine Corps as a Lance Corporal from June 2005 to April 2007.
