Paul Winkley

Paul Winkley, P.E. has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role as Vice President of Operations at RPT Alliance LLC since September 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of US Gas Projects at TransCanada from July 2018 to September 2019. Paul also had a long tenure at Gulf Interstate Engineering, starting in 2002. There, they held various positions including Project Manager from July 2011 to June 2018, Proposal Manager from February 2009 to July 2011, Mechanical Engineering from September 2004 to February 2009, and Project Controls Specialist from June 2002 to September 2004.

Paul Winkley, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin in the period of 1996 to 2001. Additionally, they obtained the Professional Engineer certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers in 2018.
