Cody Phillips

Cody Phillips is an experienced construction professional with a solid background in project management, engineering, and team leadership. At RQ Construction, LLC, since May 2016, Cody has taken on multiple roles including Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineer, and Estimating Intern. Prior to this, Cody gained valuable experience as a Construction Management student at John Brown University, while also interning at Rausch Coleman Homes across various departments. Early work experience included managing yard equipment at I.C. Reed & Sons and leading team-building activities as both a counselor at Camp Good News and as Head Coach for One V. One Soccer Camp. Cody earned a Bachelor's degree in both Construction Management and Business Administration from John Brown University from 2012 to 2016.
