Susie Ripley

Susie Ripley has extensive experience in community engagement and program management, currently serving as Employee Experience Manager and Funding Coordinator at RQAW | DCCM since May 2018. Previously, Susie held various roles at the State of Indiana from May 2007 to January 2018, including East Central Community Liaison for the Office of Community and Rural Affairs, where representation involved engagement across a 14-county region, and Program Manager, overseeing the Hometown Competitiveness Program. Early career experience includes serving as Sr. Program Director of Health, Wellness, and Membership at the YMCA of Greater Houston from January 1985 to April 2007, focusing on community development and wellness initiatives. Susie Ripley has also completed education at institutions such as the Disney Institute and Ball State University.
