Nicolas Louis

Nicolas Louis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at RQD* Clearing, a next-generation correspondent clearing provider. Prior to that, they worked at Lek Securities Corporation as the President and Vice President. Nicolas also gained experience as a Project Finance Specialist at Crédit Agricole CIB and as a Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst at Rothschild & Co. Additionally, Nicolas worked as a Researcher at the Centre d’Enseignement et de Recherche en Mathématiques et Calcul Scientifique. Throughout their career, they have displayed strong leadership skills and expertise in financial operations, project finance, and research.

Nicolas Louis completed their education in a chronological order. Nicolas attended Lycée Louis-le-Grand from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Mathematics. Nicolas then pursued a Master of Science degree in Finance, General from École des Ponts ParisTech, graduating in the years 1997 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Nicolas also obtained several certifications related to the financial industry. In 2004, they passed the Series 7 - General Securities Representative Examination conducted by FINRA. Following this, they acquired the Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination in 2007. In 2009, they successfully completed the Series 55 - Limited Representative-Equity Trader Exam. Nicolas obtained the Series 24 - General Securities Principal Examination in 2012 and the Series 4 - Registered Options Principal Examination in 2014. Most recently, in February 2021, they obtained the Series 27 - Financial and Operations Principal Examination.
