Adessa Goss

Adessa Goss currently serves as a Senior Impact Manager at RQI Partners, LLC, where responsibilities include team coaching, achieving new order value targets, customer success management, and establishing best practices for customer engagement. Adessa leads a team of Impact Managers and focuses on strategic planning, data analysis, and fostering long-term relationships with healthcare organizations. Adessa also holds multiple academic positions, including Lead Adjunct Professor for Applied Research Methods at Spring Arbor University, where curriculum creation and adult learner management are key roles, and has served as an Adjunct Research Professor for the MSN program at the same institution.
