Lauren Sanderson

Lauren Sanderson has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Lauren started their career in 2008 as an English Language Instructor at Open Window Language Academy and also worked as a Language and Culture Educator at CIEE in Spain. In 2009, Lauren joined Group Excellence where they held various roles including Area Coordinator, Regional Director, and Vice President. In 2014, they transitioned to the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association, working as an Education and Implementation Manager in Emergency Cardiovascular Care. Lauren's most recent role is with RQI Partners, LLC, where they have held the positions of Research and Education Director and currently serves as the Vice President of Research & Design.

Lauren Sanderson holds a Master's Degree in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience, which they obtained from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Public Relations and Spanish at the University of North Texas from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Lauren has obtained various certifications related to learning and healthcare. These certifications include Basic Life Support Instructor and Provider, Advanced E-Learning Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Heartsaver FA CPR AED Instructor, Designing Learning, and First Aid CPR AED. Lauren also has a certification in Applying Brain Science to Improve Training from The Guild Academy. The specific dates of obtaining this last certification were not provided.
