Noel Keegan

Noel Keegan has a diverse background in data management and operations. Currently, they hold the position of Sr. Director of Data Operations at RQM+, where they direct the activities of the Data Operations department and ensures that the standards of excellence are met. Prior to this, they worked at ICON plc, where they held various roles such as Director of Data Management, Senior Data Management Project Manager, Project Manager of Data Management, and Senior Clinical Data Lead. Noel also has experience as a Manager of Clinical Data Management at Veryan Medical. Noel has a strong track record of managing teams, handling projects within budget and timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve objectives.

Noel Keegan earned a Leaving Certificate from Gonzaga College SJ in 2003. Noel then completed a Bachelor of Science Honors degree in Pharmacology from University College Dublin from 2003 to 2007. In 2009, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Project Management from University College Dublin.
