Mandy Ruechel

Mandy Ruechel currently serves as a Sales Executive at R&R Insurance Services Inc. and as a Region Rep at Klemmer & Associates since October 2022, focusing on experiential learning and coaching. Previously, Mandy held various roles at Aflac from November 2011 to October 2023, including Aflac Wisconsin Cancer Ambassador, District Leader, Market Trainer, Regional Coordinator, and District Sales Coordinator. Mandy began her career as a Behavioral Therapist at Professional Family Resources from August 2004 to September 2009. Mandy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and furthered education at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College from 2009 to 2011.
