Mike Paddock is a marketing and communications specialist at R&R Insurance Services, Inc. Mike has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry and has been with R&R for over 5 years. Prior to joining R&R, Mike worked for PrimeTime Event & Race Management, LLC, where they managed marketing and communications for a variety of events.

Mike Paddock attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they earned a Bachelor's degree.
