Marisa Nuncio

Marisa Nuncio has extensive work experience in property management and operations. Marisa is currently serving as the Director of Operations & Transaction Support at RR Living since February 2023. In their previous role as the Operations Support Manager at LURIN from February 2022 to February 2023, they developed and redefined transaction processes and provided software support and reporting. Prior to that, Marisa worked as an Operations & Regional Manager at RREAF Residential from April 2019 to February 2022. Marisa also served as an Area Property Manager at Place 10 Residential from June 2017 to April 2019. Marisa gained valuable experience in property management services at Pinnacle Property Management Services, where they worked as both a Property Manager from June 2015 to June 2017 and an Assistant Property Manager from July 2008 to May 2015. Marisa started their career in Southwest Housing as a Resident Activity Coordinator from December 2007 to July 2008 and an Assistant Property Manager from May 2006 to December 2007. Marisa began their career at CAPSTONE REAL ESTATE SERVICES, INC. where they held various roles including Assistant Property Manager, LIHTC Compliance Specialist, Leasing Manager, and Leasing Professional.

Marisa Nuncio, CAM, has a diverse education history. Marisa obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Governors University in 2018. Prior to that, they pursued Accounting and Business/Management studies at the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2013. Marisa also holds an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from Dallas College Mountain View Campus, which they completed in 2008. In their earlier academic years, they studied Biology, General at The University of Texas at Arlington from 1997 to 1999. Marisa Nuncio completed their College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Bishop Dunne High School in 1997. Alongside their education, they have also obtained additional certifications such as The Six Morning Habits of High Performers from LinkedIn in 2020, CAM from NAAEI in 2018, and NALP from the National Apartment Association.
