Adam Felder

Adam Felder has a diverse work experience with roles in analytics, teaching, and project management. Adam is currently the Director of Analytics at R&R Partners since 2023. Before that, they worked as a Lecturer and the Director of Data Analytics at the University of Virginia Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy from 2018 to 2023. Prior to that, they were the Director of Analytics at Atlantic Media from 2012 to 2018. Additionally, they worked as a Project Management Consultant at Metier from 2008 to 2010 and as a Research Associate at the American Institutes for Research from 2005 to 2008.

Adam Felder obtained a Bachelor's Degree from Syracuse University, graduating in the year 2004. During their time there, they pursued dual majors in Public Relations and International Relations. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Graduate Certificate in Survey Design and Data Analysis at The George Washington University, which they completed in 2009. From 2010 to 2011, Adam pursued a Master's Degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Virginia.
