Britten Warner, MBA, PgMP has a diverse work experience in program management and leadership roles. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Business Development & Proposal Manager at Frontline National, LLC, where they led the development and acquisition of government medical services contracts. In 2009, they joined the United States Air Force and served in various program manager positions, overseeing and coordinating the execution of multi-million dollar foreign military sales programs. Britten managed the procurement, modification, and sustainment of aircraft fleets, developed communication networks, and engaged with stakeholders at both national and international levels. In 2020, Britten joined the F-35 Joint Program Office as the Deputy Program Manager for F-35 Japan, responsible for contract activities, strategy, team performance, and multinational engagement. Currently, they are the Mission Operations Lead and Senior Program Manager at RRAI, where they build and leads teams to execute and scale developmental defense programs for autonomous weapon systems. Britten also pioneers process and product improvements and leads contract proposal efforts. Through their extensive work experience, Britten has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in program management.

Britten Warner, MBA, PgMP, completed their education at the University of Cincinnati. Britten obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from 1996 to 2001 and later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2006 to 2008. Britten also holds additional certifications in the field of program management, including the APDP Program Management Lvl II from the United States Air Force and the Program Management Professional (PgMP) from the Project Management Institute.
