Michael Napoli, PhD, possesses extensive experience in software engineering and development, particularly in robotics and image processing. Most recently, Michael served as a Senior Staff Path Planning Software Engineer at RRAI from January 2023 to February 2024. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Software Engineer at Argo AI and contributed to the development of a robotically assisted ultrasound scanning system at the University of Rochester while completing a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Additional experience includes an internship at Uber Advanced Technologies Group, where Michael developed routing algorithms for self-driving vehicles, and a role at Harris Corporation focusing on image processing algorithms.
