Mike McGhan has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Commercial Growth Lead at RRAI since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Palantir Technologies as Business Development from 2017 to 2022. Mike also has a background in the US Navy, where they held various positions including Operational Test Director, Operational Test Pilot, Deputy Operational Test Director, Naval Officer, Pilot Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) Officer, and Maintenance Division Officer (Manager) between 2006 and 2017.
Mike McGhan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a focus in National Security Affairs from the United States Naval Academy in the years 2002 to 2006. Later, in 2014 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. In 2016, they completed The Deloitte CORE Leadership Program. McGhan has obtained several certifications including Certified Flight Instructor, Commercial Instrument Pilot, Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot, CompTIA Security+, Program Management Level 1, and Test and Evaluation Level 1.
