Lucas Pernell

Lucas Pernell has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Lucas began their career at California Magic Dinner Theater as a Waiter from January 2008 to August 2012. Lucas then transitioned to a role as the Assistant Director of Programming at the Associated Students of the University of Nevada from May 2012 to December 2013. Lucas worked as a Student Worker at the University of Nevada Reno from February 2014 to July 2015. Following this, they joined Sunrun as a Retail Sales Representative from July 2015 to January 2016.

Lucas then moved on to Aerotek, where they held two positions. Lucas started as a Recruiter from October 2016 to May 2018 and became an Account Manager from May 2018 to February 2019. At Houzz, Lucas worked as a Client Success Manager from February 2019 to October 2020 and later became a Client Onboarding Manager from October 2020 to June 2022.

In 2022, Lucas joined Karat as a Senior Customer Success Manager and stayed until January 2023. Currently, they are working at 6sense as part of the Customer Success team, focusing on commercial growth, since April 2023. Overall, Lucas has accumulated diverse experience in customer success, account management, recruiting, and sales across various industries.

Lucas Pernell attended Novato High School from 2008 to 2011. After graduating from high school, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from the University of Nevada, Reno from 2011 to 2016.
