Taylor Baisey

Taylor Baisey, MBA, MEd, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership and managerial roles. In 2019, Taylor joined RRAI as the Vice President of People, where they provided leadership and guidance to the organization's People operations. They were responsible for enforcing policies and procedures, implementing long-range strategic people management programs, and driving manageable change management.

Prior to joining RRAI, Taylor served as the Chief of Staff, where they blended strategic planning with tactical execution to streamline decision-making processes for leadership. Their responsibilities included anticipating and addressing executive needs, managing long-term projects, and negotiating on behalf of the executives.

Before their role as Chief of Staff, Taylor worked as the Administrative Manager at RRAI from 2019 to 2021.

Earlier in their career, Taylor held various roles at Frederick Community College. They started as an Administrative Associate, where they executed day-to-day operations for the program and managed student enrollment information. They moved on to become a Program Coordinator, where they developed partnerships and executed marketing strategies. Eventually, Taylor became a Program Manager, responsible for developing and executing business strategies for four continuing education programs.

Prior to joining Frederick Community College, Taylor served as the Operations Manager at Import Enterprise from 2012 to 2014.

Taylor Baisey holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY. They also obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree from Frostburg State University in 2017. Currently, Taylor is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Frostburg State University, with an expected completion in 2023. In September 2023, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
