Artem Hablin

Artem Hablin is currently the GM at RRC since October 2019 and the Director at MONT Distribution BY since January 2011. Artem Hablin holds a Master's degree in Legal Regulation of Economic Activity from the International Institute of Labor and Social Relations (МИТCO) where Artem studied from 1999 to 2004.
