Nicola Longfield

Nicola Longfield is an experienced executive in the commercial and hospitality sectors, currently serving as General Manager for Hospitality - Accommodation at The Access Group since November 2025. Prior roles include Chief Commercial Officer at HyperJar and Hyperlayer, overseeing various functions including marketing, partnerships, and the HyperJar B2C app. At Deliveroo, Nicola held the position of Vice President, Restaurants, managing the central commercial functions for over 150 employees. Prior to this, Nicola spent 14 years at PayPal in senior leadership roles focused on small and medium-sized businesses across major markets, and participated as a trustee with the International Refugee Trust. Educational credentials include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Mathematics & Astronomy from The University of Sheffield.
