Chiena Rentoria

Chiena Rentoria is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and operations management. Currently serving as IT Operations Team Lead at RR Donnelley since February 2018, Chiena focuses on compliance with IT security standards and collaborates with the IT Governance Team for audits. Previously at Trend Micro Philippines from March 2006 to September 2017, Chiena held roles including Team Lead, where oversight of Cloud Security Engineers and fostering a customer-centric approach was key, as well as that of Escalation Engineer and Cloud Security Engineer, providing high-level technical support.
