Elisa Koniski, PhD, currently serves as a Senior UX Researcher at RR Donnelley, leading B2C and B2B UX research projects by collaborating with internal design and client business development teams. As co-founder of the myME Project, Elisa plays a key role in providing educational outreach to Burmese teashop children through mobile classrooms and developing user-centered curricula. Elisa's previous experience includes a tenure as a Qualitative Researcher and Tenured Assistant Professor at Borough of Manhattan Community College, where extensive research and undergraduate curriculum development were conducted, impacting over 3,000 students. Prior to this, doctoral research was performed at the University of California Los Angeles, analyzing diverse data on working families. Elisa's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics from UCLA and two M.A. degrees in Communication and English Education.
