Flavio Golebiovski is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the marketing, packaging, printing, and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at RR Donnelley, Flavio oversees operational strategies for a Label Plant, managing a team of 100 and handling all aspects of production, customer service, and compliance. Prior to RR Donnelley, Flavio held the position of Operations & Sales Director at Supervixx │ STPlas, where responsibilities included strategic planning and team management. Flavio's career also includes significant roles at Valid, directing multiple industrial plants and automotive operations, achieving notable productivity improvements and financial transformations. Flavio holds an MBA from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
