Gayle Rutledge

Gayle Rutledge is a highly experienced leader in creative services with over two decades of expertise in managing teams and projects across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Creative Services for RR Donnelley since June 2018, Gayle oversees a large team of over 225 professionals and handles financial responsibilities exceeding $30 million annually. Previous roles include General Manager at RR Donnelley’s in-house agency supporting The Home Depot, where Gayle managed a team of 84 and a $70 million budget, and Senior Account Manager at WME | IMG, focused on client services for DIRECTV. Gayle has a strong background in project management, team mentoring, and developing strategic marketing goals, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Fine Art from Marist College.
