Jeni Tugade

Jeni Tugade is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within law and contract management. Currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel at RR Donnelley since August 2024, Jeni previously held significant positions such as Legal Process Manager and Contract Manager at Vericast, and Legal Process Manager at NCH Marketing Services, Inc., where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating both US and international contracts. Jeni's background includes roles at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as a Legal Specialist in Asset Management, and experience in intellectual property and litigation as both a Contract Reviewer and Legal Contractor. Jeni's legal career began as a Senior Attorney at Jose C. Guico Jr. and Associates, with prior experience as In-House Counsel at Coolaire Consolidated Inc. and Head Researcher for the Law Association for Asia and the Pacific. Jeni holds a Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ateneo de Manila University, alongside several specialized certificates.
