Jim Krueger

Jim Krueger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and operations within the printing industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at RR Donnelley since September 2021, Jim has previously held significant roles at Specialty Print Communications, including Director of Manufacturing and Director of Process Improvement & Quality, where a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction was cultivated. Additionally, Jim worked as an Account Manager at SG360° and Specialty Print Communications, focusing on customer service and production management for direct mail initiatives. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Image Management from Western Michigan University, completed in 2007, and graduated from Adlai E. Stevenson High School in 2003.
