Kathi Gonzalez

Kathi Gonzalez is a seasoned professional in technology and digital strategy, currently serving as the NE Region Director and WIT@Work Co-chair on the Board of Directors for Women in Technology Wisconsin since February 2024. With extensive experience at RR Donnelley since 2007, Kathi has held various leadership positions, including Director of Digital Strategy & Commerce, Director of Global Technology, and Lead Product Manager, among others. Kathi also contributed to the Menasha Corp Employees Credit Union as a Board of Directors officer from 1999 to 2011 and held roles at Banta Corp. from 1997 to 2007, progressing from Programmer/Analyst to Team Leader. Kathi holds an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Fox Valley Technical College and has studied at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and the University of Phoenix.
