Sean MacKlem

Sean Macklem has extensive experience in customer service, logistics, and production proofreading, currently serving as a member of the Green Bay Postal Customer Council since October 2023. With a career at RR Donnelley starting in 1992, Sean has held multiple roles including Manager of Customer Service, Logistics & Production Proofreading, where responsibilities involve overseeing a diverse team and managing daily operations. Previous positions include Client Service Representative, Weekend Production Team Leader, and leadership roles within the Inclusion Council. Additionally, Sean has experience as a self-employed baseball umpire and served as President of the Green Bay Area Baseball Babe Ruth League. Sean holds a Bachelor of Applied Studies with a self-directed emphasis in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and an Associate’s degree in Supervisory Management from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.
