Ralph Hartmeier

Ralph Hartmeier is a Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer at rready, where Ralph supports companies globally to unleash the full potential of their employees through SaaS based solutions. Ralph is also a founding member of Kickbox.org, a non-profit association and collaborative community. Additionally, Ralph served as a Lecturer in Digital Business Management at HTW Chur and worked as a Co-Founder at SafetyPearl GmbH. With a background in marketing and business administration, Ralph has a Master's degree from the University of St.Gallen and has gained international experience through exchange programs in Taiwan and New Zealand.
